Holiday 2009 - Gifts that were purchased November 13, 2009 through December 24, 2009 may be returned for exchange or refund until January 15, 2010. Exchanges and Returns Since 1908, our primary objective has been
to satisfy the hat wearing customer. We accept returns of unworn hats for
exchange or refund within 14 days of the date that you received the hats. We
will be flexible during the gift-giving season. Our hats are shipped with
information/care tags and we will not accept the return if the tags have been
removed.
If you are returning for refund all or some of the hats bought, we will issue a credit card refund for the merchandise cost only. We will not issue a refund for the cost of the shipping. If you purchased enough merchandise to be eligible for a free Standard Shipping offer, you can still request a refund on all or part of your order. But if the value of the items kept drops below the amount that was required for free shipping, then the $7.00 Standard shipping charge will be deducted from the amount that you receive back to your card. If you do return a hat, please indicate the reason for the return and let us know what size and type of hat that you want in exchange. We also need your Order Number. If you do not know the Order Number, the purchaser’s name or email address can be used to find the order. If there is a price difference in the item requested for exchange, you will be refunded the difference if the item asked for is less expensive, or charged for the difference if the item is more expensive. |
