Exchanges and Returns Since 1908, our primary objective has been
to satisfy the hat wearing customer. We accept returns of unworn hats for
exchange or refund within 14 days of the date that you received the hats. We
will be flexible during the gift-giving season. Our hats are shipped with
information/care tags and we will not accept the return if the tags have been
removed.
If you are exchanging a hat, we will charge for shipping the replacement
hat.
If you are returning a hat for credit, we will deduct from the credit the cost
of any shipping that was paid by us.
If you do return a hat, please indicate the reason for the return and let us
know what size and type of hat that you want in exchange.
