Borsalino Como is one of the World's Most Distincitve Fur Felt Hats. It is a fedora made in Italy by the famous Hat Maker, Borsalino. The hat has a unique whip-stitch on the brim and a silk grosgrain hat band. There is a leather interior sweatband and a silk lining. The brim size is 2 1/2" and the hat has a pinch in the crown. This is a very fine quality fur felt hat. DelMonico Hatter offers this hat in three colors, Black, Charcoal Grey and Taupe. Charcoal is a very dark grey. Taupe is a willow color that is very neutral and can be worn with many different jackets and coats. DelMonico sells the authentic Borsalino Como. There are websites offering other Borsalino Hats and calling them the "Como". You can be sure that you are receiving the genuine Como if it has the unique whip-stitch on the brim; if the hat does not have the whip-stitch, it is not the Como. Fur Felt Hat made in Italy by Borsalino. This hat has a very soft feel. It is the classic fedora shape with a pinch in the crown, a satin lining and a silk grosgrain hat band. The Borsalino monogram embossed in gold on the bow of the hat band. The hat has a leather sweatband. The brim is 2 1/2" and has a raw (unbound) edge.
