    Bailey Phillips Fedora Hat - New from Bailey, the Phillips is Made in USA with an asymmetrical pinch crown. Calling the crown asymmetrical means that the pinches are not even on both sides. Brim is 1 5/8" and can be worn either snapped-down or turned-up all the way-around. Hat band is a handsome sculptured material.
